Do my lessons ever expire?
No. All students have lifetime access to their content once purchased. “Lifetime membership” is defined as a paid customer being able to access the online learning environment and its videos and resources as long as the Nancy Medina domain is active and accessible online. Lifetime membership does not constitute a customer's ability to request refunds or returns during said lifetime. If the domain becomes inactive and inaccessible for any reason, whether that be temporary issues befalling the domain or permanent closure of the domain, students will no longer have access to the online learning environment and its videos and resources.
How do the online courses work?
Once you enroll, you will get access to all your full-length lessons. Nothing is live, so you can paint at your own pace and speed. You can also find inspiration from new painting friends in your optional private Facebook group, you will receive an invitation to join shortly after enrolling.
I'm not very tech-savvy, will the online courses be hard to figure out?
Not at all! Our online platform was specifically built with adults in mind. The lessons are very easy to navigate and move through, logging in is a breeze, and the video lessons are fun and bite-sized. After enrolling, you'll immediately be taken to your online lesson environment, while also receiving an email with instructions and some follow up information about your account. If at any point in time you do have a question or run into a problem, please feel free to reach out to our support staff by calling 719-767-1519 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I access the lessons?
We do not require any complicated software to be downloaded or used for our lessons. You can access your lessons from your account at learn.nancymedina.com. Our lessons will work on any type of device (recent smartphones, tablets, computers, etc.) with internet access and any type of browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc) If you are having trouble playing the lessons, try updating your browser or contacting our support team at 719-767-1519 or emailing email@example.com.
I can't remember my username or password, how do I log in to access my lessons?
In order to retrieve your login information, you will need to reset your password. You can do this by clicking “Sign In” in the top right corner of the screen, then clicking “Forgot Password“. Enter your email, then click the button that says “Send Password Reset Email”. You should receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password. How does the payment plan work?
We understand that not everyone is able to pay for their lessons in one payment. For those individuals, we have created an installment plan which breaks the cost into monthly payments. This installment plan is not a subscription that can be stopped at any time. By selecting the installment plan, you are committing to pay the full amount selected at the time of purchase.
What forms of payment do you accept? When will I get charged?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) for immediate processing in our safe and secure shopping cart environment. Unless you have selected a payment plan, the full amount of your order will be charged upon enrollment.
